How to “sail” through these hard times

To my fellow humans, as your SUN coach, I am sharing with you my thoughts:


Living in these difficult times can be tough on ourselves, cause anxiety and the longer these circumstances continue the heavier it weighs on our physical, mental and spiritual health.


As most of this is not within our control, but only a few personal steps are needed, as well as a cautious stance, it is important to unplug, find time for self-care, and find ways to feel calm. Eat well, sleep well, exercise, walk in nature, meditate, try breathing techniques such as Pranayama (it has helps me relax and release stress), walk by the sea, listening to music, singing. Anything that helps you release this negative energy.


I am sharing with you a few tips listed in this article that I found interesting.
