For Coaches

60 Hour Coach Education Program is offered to meet ICF Requirements for the ACC Credential.  It consists of 60 hours of training including the required 10 hours of mentoring established by the ICF for Level 1 (formerly ACSTH) level training.

The Individual program is designed for coaches who want a face-to-face or individualized mentor program. 

• Pre work of self-evaluation in each of the competencies

• 7 hours of in-depth Core Competencies Discussions, individually or in a group class:

• In-depth look at each competency

• Coaching challenges that we can face,

• Ethics Discussions

• 3 Individual sessions for each candidate, spread out through the program:

• In-depth coaching on competencies

• Assistance with ICF Application

• Final evaluations - self and from Mentor Coach

10 Mentoring Credits and certificate awarded upon completion.
